Adding movies to Kodi is pretty straight forward; just make 1 nfo file per movie.

TV Shows are a little different. You need 1 nfo file for each episode and 1 nfo file explaining the entire series. That is where this window comes in.

The filename will always be tvshow.nfo

​

The title you choose must be copied into the Show Title Field for each episode you create.

The date for premiered must be in the format YYYY-MM-DD so Kodi can read it properly.

The banner, poster and fanart you choose can be a picture on your computer or a link from a website. Just make sure the link ends with a pictures extension (.jpg, .png, .bmp, etc..)

If you choose to include pictures of Actors, then the banner will be hidden. It will only show if there are no pictures of actors.
